Air Fryer Crispy Chicken Cutlets
Feast on healthier chicken cutlets cooked with the air fryer! These thin sliced chicken breasts taste divine!
Ingredients
- 1½ lb thin sliced chicken breasts (6 pieces)
- 2 large egg whites (¼ cup)
- ¾ cup Italian seasoned breadcrumbs
- cooking oil
Instructions
- Prepare your breading stations. Add the breadcrumbs to a shallow dish. Add the egg whites to a separate shallow dish.
- Dip the chicken breasts one by one into the egg whites, then breadcrumbs. Make sure to coat thoroughly. Depending on the size of your air fryer, you might need to transfer the chicken to a separate dish while cooking in batches.
- Brush or spray a little cooking oil in the air fryer, then add chicken breasts. Spray top of chicken with cooking oil, then air fry for 15 minutes at 400°F (200°C). Flip the chicken at the 7-8 minute mark. Cook in batches if required so as not to overlap.
- Once cooked, transfer to plates and serve with your favorite sauces and sides! Enjoy!
